WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
General Liability Waiver & release Agreement
​​​By registering for this event, you are acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of the following terms:
​​1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participating in this event involves risks, including accidents, personal injuries, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, property damage, or other unforeseen accidents. You voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.
2. Release of Liability: You release Breakthroughs LLC, doing business as Cyntia Apps Photography, the venue, and all associated owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of your participation in this event.
​​​3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your actions, negligence, or participation in this event.
4. Media Consent: By attending this event, you grant Breakthroughs LLC, dba Cyntia Apps Photography, and its affiliates the irrevocable right to capture and use your likeness, image, voice, and any media recorded during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes in any format, without compensation. If you do not consent to being photographed or recorded, please notify the event organizers in writing prior to the event.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy: Due to the exclusivity of this event, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person; or you could get a credit for a future workshop.

6. Image Sharing Agreement: As part of this collaborative workshop experience, Participants agrees to share a selection images created during the Savor the Light Workshop with the host restaurant. These images may be used by the restaurant for promotional materials.
Participants retains ownership and copyright of all images they create during the workshop and may use such images for personal portfolio, self-promotion, and non-commercial purposes.
This shared-use arrangement reflects the cooperative nature of the workshop between the Organizer, the Host Restaurant, and all Participants.
